Kara Barnard is a singer-songwriter and a nationally competing multi-instrumentalist. Already counted among the nation's finest fingerstyle guitarists, she is also currently Indiana's top-ranked female mandolinist. Her mountain dulcimer skills earned her an invitation to perform and give workshops at an international convention in Bogota, Colombia in 1997. Kara does more outside studio work and side-player gigs with her banjo than any of her other instruments.
