Reopening Plan

The Indy Folk Series has reopened to limited capacity in-person events, at our normal location, as of December 2021.  We are so excited to share the experience of live music with you again!   

 In addition, we intend to present each concert via high-quality livestream, so that audience members will be able to choose, in advance of each concert, whether they wish to attend in-person or via livestream.   

We had all hoped that Covid would be a thing of the past by now, but sadly, it is not.  In order to protect the health of our performers, audience members and volunteers, safety protocols for in-person concerts include: 

• Covid vaccination required for audience members, performers, and volunteers. Audience members who are not vaccinated are encouraged to view via remote livestream
• Masks strongly encouraged 
• Safety protocols for food and beverage 
• Online ticket sales only

We understand that the vaccination requirement may be controversial.  This decision was not made lightly, and was based, in part, on the prevailing sentiment among those in the performing arts community, as well as to abide by existing contracts with performers.  The intent is to protect the most vulnerable among us, and we hope that you will understand, respect, and abide by this decision.

Please know that our primary concern has always been the health, safety, and enjoyment of our audience, volunteers, and performers.  We have missed you all very much and look forward to seeing you all again!
