Health and Safety
Our primary concern has always been the health, safety, and enjoyment of our audience, volunteers, and performers. We are thrilled to be presenting in-person performances, at full capacity, and look forward to seeing you! Recognizing that no public space can be completely risk free, let’s work together to make the Indy Folk Series as safe a space as possible where we can gather for the shared experience of music and community.
Indy Folk Series policies are based on prevailing guidelines set forth by the venue, the performers, and government agencies at the time of the concert. As of our 2023/2024 Season, those guidelines are:
- Indy Folk Series intends to present each concert via high-quality livestream, so that audience members will be able to choose, in advance of each concert, whether they wish to attend in-person or via livestream.
- COVID vaccinations preferred for audience members, volunteers, and performers.
- If audience members or volunteers are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that they stay home and enjoy the concert via Zoom. We are happy to assist with that process as needed.
